THE LEARNING FARM AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

At the Learning Farm After School Program, local school children engage in healthy outdoor play in a beautifully pristine natural outdoor setting. This is where children connect to the outdoors and discover their connection to local, sustainable food production and shared community meals. We provide opportunities for students to learn teamwork with an enriching, project-based STEM/STEAM focus with local experts visiting to teach fun activities and skills as our on-the-Farm guests. We provide daily homework support with a healthy, student-created snack provided. Unstructured as well as structures play and ICSD bussing from schools to the farm after school.

Our mission is to give children the various tools, support, motivation, and rewards necessary to become responsible, knowledgeable, and caring people.
